Biography

Dr. Eugene M. Lugano is a physician with the University of Pennsylvania's Health System and specializes in critical care medicine, sleep medicine and pulmonary medicine, especially the treatment of mesothelioma, emphysema, lung cancer and other acute lung injuries, as well as pulmonary vascular diseases, sarcoidosis and berylliosis.
