Biography

Dr. David H. Harpole, Jr. is Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs and a member of the Division of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery in the Department of Surgery of the Duke University Health System. His clinical interests include thoracic oncology, general thoracic surgery, benign and malignant disease of the lung, esophagus, and mediastinum, as well as advanced airway and thoracoscopic surgery, hyperhidrosis palmaris, mesothelioma and esophageal cancer.
