Biography

Dr. Joshua R. Sonett is the Chief of General Thoracic Surgery at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center and is a Professor of Clinical Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. His clinical expertise is focused on thoracic surgery and oncology. Dr. Sonnet is part of a research team with physicians from Columbia University's Mesothelioma Center who are investigating a new treatment regimen for patients with pleural mesothelioma .
