New York Mesothelioma Law Firm Named One of Nation’s Best

Belluck & Fox, LLP, a prominent New York law firm that represents asbestos and mesothelioma victims, has won a coveted spot on a list of America’s best law firms, published in September jointly by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers magazine.  “Belluck & Fox strives to provide first-rate representation to individuals with mesothelioma, and it’s gratifying to have that effort recognized,” said NY lawyer Joseph W. Mesothelioma is a rare, aggressive form of cancer primarily caused by exposure to airborne asbestos fibers.  Workers in industrial jobs such as ship building, mining, construction and automotive repair where asbestos was prevalent are among those at increased risk of exposure to asbestos and development of asbestos-related disease.  Belluck & Fox represents workers that were diagnosed with mesothelioma and are seeking compensation from those companies responsible for their disease.

The inaugural rankings are based on peer surveys combined with more than 3.1 million evaluations of individual lawyers in the most recent Best Lawyers survey of leading lawyers. The listings showcase 8,782 different law firms ranked in one or more of 81 major practice areas.

Attorneys at Belluck & Fox have previously been included on the Best Lawyers list, but Belluck said it was a special honor to gain a place on the list of best firms.
